We’re looking for individuals and organizations that really make a difference for this year’s DHMIC Dr. Kitty Esterly Community Health Champion Award. They help people no matter how much money they have, their race, or the language they speak. Your nomination will help us say thanks to those who stand for fairness and health equity.
Your champion may be your doctor or nurse, a community health worker, an elected official, clergy or anyone that has the people’s best interest at heart. It might be a local clinic, school health center, wellness program or other place you look to when you are sick, or when you just want to feel better.
