ENCOURAGE FAMILIES TO MAKE HEALTHY CHOICESApril 2018
SCHC is proud to announce its partnership with multiple community partners on a pilot project related to recent
training, "Systems Approaches for Healthy Communities”, provided by University of Delaware and Public Health.
Partners include: Telamon, First State Community Action Agency, University of DE Cooperative Ext., and Beebe Healthcare. All stake holders will come together around a five-week cooking class designed to teach families how to cook healthy meals together. All children under eight years old will enjoy age appropriate activities.
Developmental screenings will be available to any child age zero to five.
