Family SHADE and its member organization Danio Diary, have been awarded a Heath & Human Services grant to improve the care for children with special healthcare needs.
As a participant in this project you will:

- Receive assistance with identifying resources and services for your child with special healthcare needs
- Have an opportunity to improve care for your child with a disability or chronic health condition.
